Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact our team before sending anything back, so we can guide you through the return process.
Please note:
Custom or personalised products (e.g. branded merchandise or printed materials) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
